With the rapid development of Internet medicine, there are many opportunities and potential development space, but it also brings problems in service, management and resource allocation.Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT),this paper will integrate the influencing factors in the medical management system and analyze the problems existing in the current Internet medical treatment from the perspectives of doctors, hospitals, patients, market, government, medical insurance and medicine. With the help of UTAUT model, satisfaction degree,Internet medicine and other relevant theoretical technologies, this paper explores the influencing factors of patient satisfaction and the operation mode of Internet medicine.First, based on the original UTAUT model, the four variables of perceived risk, optimal combination, service pricing and individual innovation were added in combination with the characteristics of the Internet medical industry to build an initial model of patient satisfaction and design a survey questionnaire.Secondly,SPSS24.0software and AMOS23.0 software were used to conduct reliability and validity analysis and descriptive statistics on the data. The hypothesis relation of the correlation of various variables was measured by structural equation model, and the initial model was adjusted according to the analysis results. Finally, the variables in the adjusted model are taken as the design factors of the Internet medical system, and the design strategies are proposed. The results of the research path analysis showed that: effort expectation, performance expectation and optimization combination positively affected patient satisfaction;Promotion factors and service pricing have a positive impact on patients' Internet medical treatment behavior.Individual innovation has a significant positive impact on effort expectation, perceived risk, optimized portfolio and service pricing.Social impact and perceived risk had little effect on patient satisfaction. The main findings of this study is helpful to optimize the process to the patient, perfect the Internet medical system, improve patient satisfaction, and translated into design requirements can help patients demand, put forward the design strategy, and applied to a small program design practice of third-class hospital hospital, the design results through usability testing method to carry on the design evaluation, for the researchers to further study the patient satisfaction and medical system reform to provide the reference data.
