Objective:To discuss the clinical symptoms and electrogastrogram variations of gastrointestinal disorder of children with different TCM syndrome types at remission stage of asthma. Methods:The patients in these 60 cases aged from 4-12 in remission of asthma were selected from the outpatient of pediatrics ofthe outpatient of pediatrics of the General Hospital of the Air Force from October 2013 to February 2015.The Cases of all the enrolled children were written into condition baseline questionnaire. To record their clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders, detect their electrogastrogram,at the same time for TCM syndrome differentiation, divided into lung deficiency type, spleen deficient and deficiency of the kidney type, and analyzes its gastric electrical parameters.Select another 30 cases of healthy children as control group. This experiment used XDJ-S8 B digestive power detector processing system.Respectively on two groups of children before a meal, after eating, all went though the 8 min electrogastrogram.Did a comparative analysis on gastric electrical parameters.Analysis of gastric electrical parameters including the average amplitude, the average frequency, percentage of normal slow wave, the reaction area, the power ratio before a meal, and after eating. The results were statistically analyzed.Data were analyzed with SPSS17.0.And P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)There are 60.00% of children with anorexia among 60 cases in children with asthma remission(including lung deficiency syndrome(45.45%),accounted for 86.67% of spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency(66.67%)).There are 70.00% of children with symptoms of belching(including lung deficiency syndrome(69.70%),accounted for 80.00% of spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency(58.33%)),38.33% of children with nausea and vomiting(including lung deficiency syndrome(33.33%),spleen deficiency(66.67%),kidney deficiency(16.67%)),66.67% of children have food after abdominal distension, abdominal pain(including lung deficiency syndrome(60.61%),spleen deficiency(86.67%),kidney deficiency accounts for 58.33%)),up to 71.67% of children with poor constipation symptoms(including lung deficiency syndrome(60.61%),spleen deficiency(93.33%),kidney deficiency accounts for 75%))of the clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal disorders.(2)of the gastric body, gastric antrum lead to remission of asthma group of postprandial gastric electrical parameters of the Vpp,Ra before the meal was increased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the gastric electrical parameter f,and PNSW showed no obvious difference found between meal before and after the meal. After dinner/meal before power ratio < 1.Gastric electrical parameters of the control group Vpp,Ra,postprandial significantly higher than the dinner, there was a significant difference in sex(P < 0.05),gastric electrical parameter f and PNSW have no obvious difference found between meal before and after the meal. After dinner/meal before power ratio < 1.(3)gastric body, gastric antrum, remission of asthma children series pre-dinner Vpp,f,Ra gastric electrical parameters are lower than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05),pre-dinner PNSW gastric electrical parameters and the control group was no significant difference.Remission of asthma group meal after gastric electrical parameter Vpp,f,Ra is less than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05),while after a meal gastric electrical parameter PNSW no difference between the two groups of comparison.(4)of the gastric body, gastric antrum lead to remission of asthma group of TCM syndrome types pre-dinner gastric electrical parameters Vpp,f,Ra had no significant difference, postprandial Vpp,f gastric electrical parameters,Ra,also had no significant difference. Conclusions:children in the Remission stage of asthma often have different degree of the clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal disorders, main trait is poor appetite, belching, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and constipation etc, especially children with spleen deficiency.Compared with healthy children electrogastrogram, children with in asthma remission have abnormal gastric electrical activity, gastric electrical power is reduced, gastric electrical basic rhythm slows down, the stomach is reduced, and diastolic function of the stomach has been slow, slow gastric emptying, gastric underpowered. But the electrogastrograms of the remission of asthma among of traditional Chinese medicine showed no significant difference.
