The Clinical Research Of Shugan Jiangzhi Granula On Non-alcohnolic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:The paper was designed to research on effectiveness and safety of using Shugan Jiangzhi granula to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods: According to accepting criteria,all 60 patients were randomly divided 30 patients into treatment group,30 patients into control group.Control group was gave Silibinin Capsules on the basis of diet control and exercise more,take this medicine three pills three times a day;treatment group was took Shugan Jiangzhi granula on the basis of diet control and exercise more,one dose a day,two times.The treatment time was 24 weeks.To observe and compare the index change of TCM syndrome score,liver function,blood lipids,liver color ultrasound,liver stiffness measurement and safety evaluation were statistically analyzed and clinical effects evaluated of both groups before treating and after treating 24 weeks.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.21% and 75.00% in the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Each symptom and sign of the treatment group had better changed than before(P < 0.01);the control group some symptoms(hypochondriac pain;weakness;appetite;dry mouth and bitter taste;irritability;nausea and vomiting)compared with before had changed(P<0.05).However,this treatment for abdominal distension and thin sloppy stool was not obvious(P>0.05).After treatment,many symptoms of the treatment group(hypochondriac pain;weakness;abdominal distension;appetite;dry mouth and bitter taste;nausea and vomiting;irritability and thin sloppy stool)had better changed than the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the ALT,AST and ?-GT of two groups had obviously descended,compared with treatment before had significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group recovery rat of ALT,AST and ?-GT were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with pretreatment,TC?TG of both groups of blood lipids declined obviously,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the indexes of the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the liver color ultrasound results of two groups were improved significantly than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the total effective rate between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.5.Before and after treatment,all patients had no adverse reactions,showed good safety.Conclusion:1.Shugan Jiangzhi granula can change symptom and sign of the treatment group patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.2.Shugan Jiangzhi granula can decrease the blood lipid level,improve liver function and liver color ultrasound result.
