Clinical Study Of Shugan Jiangzhi Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jiangzhi Tongluo Decoction combined with basic intervention in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and to investigate its safety.Method:Case source:Patients who visited the Chinese Sun Xiaobing Chinese Medicine Treatment Center from 2015 to 2017.Compliant with the non-alcoholic fatty liver diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(2010 revised edition)developed by the Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Diseases Section of the Chinese Medical Association Liver Diseases Branch,aged between 18-60 years old Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was also included in the clinical study of 60 patients with TCM and Phlegm and blood stasis.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment method:The treatment group was treated with exercise,diet control,and changing lifestyle habits.At the same time,Shugan Jiangzhi Tongluo Decoction was given.The control group gave life interventions such as exercise,diet control and bad habits.The course of treatment is 6 months.Observation indicators:including biochemical indicators,imaging indicators and TCM symptom indicators.Statistical methods:Using spss19.0 statistical software,the measurement data was expressed as mean standard deviation(x±S),using t test;the count data was x~2 test..Results:After 6 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms,liver function,blood lipids and imaging indexes of TCM were improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was96.7%,which was significantly better than the control group(30%)(P<0.05).At the same time,the treatment of clinical symptoms,liver function,blood lipids and imaging indicators of TCM was also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant..Conclusion:The function of the treatment group and the control group were safe and improved,while the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,suggesting that Shugan Jiangzhi Tongluo Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on NAFLD.
