Clinical Observation On Effect Of Yiqi Jiangzhi Recipe On Adiponectin Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver

With the improvement of living conditions,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has become a more common type of liver disease for Chinese people.Professor Xiong Yi-Qun concluded spleen and kidney deficiency,the foundation of the primordial Qi deficiency is the pathogenic of this NAFLD,poly wet into sputum,accumulation of phlegm as well as dampness inside the liver,and it gradually becomes liver addiction is the pathogenesis of this disease,as time goes by,it turns into turbid phlegm and blood stasis finally.On this basis,Pro.XIONG has created a series of prescription named YiQiJiangZhi for supplementing the primordial Qi,tonifying spleen and kidney,relieving and eliminating mass,promoting circulation and removing stasis.Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Yiqi Jiangzhi Fang" and its effect on adiponectin in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.To elucidate the effect of "Yiqi Jiangzhi Fang" on improving non-alcoholic through adiponectin 's biological effect.The study of fatty liver will provid a new treatment idea for clinical treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of "Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Guideline(2010)",71 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were collected.The randomized principle and parallel control test were adopted.Each Chinese medicine treatment group had 35 cases as well as control group with 36 cases that treat Polyene phosphatidylcholine.To observe the changes and difference pre-and post-treatment about the level of various of indicators between and within two groups,as well as Yiqi Jiangzhi Fang's effect on adiponectin in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.To elucidate the effect of "Yiqi Jiangzhi Fang" on improving non-alcoholic through adiponectin 'sbiological effect.Finily,discuss the mechanism that how Yiqi Jiangzhi Fang regulating non-alcoholic fatty liver.And all the datum was analyzed with SPSS20.0.Results:(1)There was significant difference in BMI before and after treatment between Chinese medicine group and control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between pre-and post-treatment in control group(P>0.05).(2)The scores of main symptoms were improved after treatment in both groups,but the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Although the mean value of TC and TG from the control group did not return to the normal range,they statistically improve after treatment.Overall,the results of the two groups after treatment suggest that Liver function,blood lipids and adiponectin and the rand of type B ultrasound of fatty liver improved averagely in both groups(P<0.05).In one direction,this may be directly related to the capacity of Polyene phosphatidylcholine for reduction of blood lipid and fatty liver is weakly related,on the other hand it confirmed that scientific and standardized life management is of great significance to the treatment of this disease.(4)Both groups got statistically improvement and the effect of treatment on TCM groups was significantly improved.After treatment,the average levels of each index was within the normal range.The levels of difference of AST,?-GT,TC,TG and adiponectin was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with Yiqi Jiangzhi prescription is obviously effective.The treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with Yiqi Jiangzhi prescription is more effective than conventional medicine,Its mechanism is related to the effect of Yiqi Jiangzhi Recipe on the expression and activity of adiponectin involved in regulating non-alcoholic fatty live.
