Electric Acupuncture Combined With Thorn Blood Therapy For Heart Kidney Is Not Handed Over To The Clinical Observation Type Perimenopausal Insomnia

Objective : To observe the electric acupuncture combined with thorn blood therapy for heart kidney is not handed over to the clinical efficacy of type perimenopausal insomnia.Methods: The patients included in the standard of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with blood letting puncture,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.1.The treatment group:(1)Acupoint selection:Taixi,Sanyinjiao,Shenmen,Neiguan(bilateral acupoints),Guanyuan,Baihui,Yintang.Operation method: With the patient in the supine position,after routine disinfection of skin acupoint,the Hwato sterile disposable acupuncture needle 1.5 inch,puncture perpendicularly10-30 mm,small amplitude twirling,lifting and thrusting caused by gas;Baihui and Yintang,Neiguan and Shenmen,Taixi and Sanyinjiao needle handle are respectively connected with the electric acupuncture apparatus guide line,with sedative effects of dense wave,current intensity to patients able to tolerate;(2)Thorn blood therapy: Acupuncture Dazhui,Xinshu(bilateral).Operation method: Fully exposed patients back,first in pricking blood spots to push,press,kneading,stroke and other practices,so that local congestion,regular disinfection of skin acupoint,the left thumb and index finger fixed acupoint skin around,right hand holding three edged needle fast prick 2-3 needle,penetrate into the depth of about0.5-0.8cm,choose the appropriate size of cupping quickly knock stab at the bleeding site,bleeding for natural cessation of bleeding volume,can stay in about 10 minutes,play after the tank with a sterile swab,again routine disinfection.2.The control group:(1)Acupoint selection: with reference to the new century(Second Edition)the higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities planning materials the acupuncture acupoints: Yintang,Sishencong,Anmian,Shenmen,Zhaohai,Shen mai,Xinshu,Shenshu;(2): With the patient in the supine position,after routine disinfection of skin acupoint,the Hwato sterile disposable acupuncture needle 1.5 inch,puncture perpendicularly 10-30 mm,small amplitude twirling,lifting and thrusting caused by gas,the needle for 30 minutes,during every 10 minutes needle 1 time.3.Two groups of acupuncture points are the reinforcing reducing technique;therapeutic course and the methods of evaluation: a week 2 times of treatment,respectively on Tuesday and Friday 1 time,for 10 times in total,before and after the treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),confining menopausal quality of life scale(MENQOL)score,serum sex hormone 3changes the curative effects were evaluated.Statistical analysis of the data using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results: 1.The differences between two groups in age and duration have no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01)in improving the clinical efficacy of sleep;3.PSQI comparison,before and after treatment in the two groups owncomparison,difference has statistical significance(P<0.01),suggesting that two groups in the improvement of the six aspects of PSQI total score,and the quality of sleep,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction were effective.4.PSQI comparison,after treatment in the two groups,in improving the PSQI total score,and sleep time,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),showed that the two groups in the improvement of the total score of PSQI and sleep time,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction on treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.5.Two groups of hormone treatment group are compared to each other,LH,estradiol has significant difference(P<0.01),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)with difference(P<0.05),show that the two methods can decrease the level of FSH and LH,increase the level of estradiol,but the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.The menqol scale compared two groups of patients before and after the difference between their own have statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that two groups of symptoms,social psychology,physiology,sexual life four aspects in improving the menqol score and vasomotor were effective.7.Menqol scale compared after treatment in the two groups,in improving the menqol score and vasomotor reduced symptoms,social psychology,physiology,sexual life between group difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05),suggesting that in the improvement of menqol score and vasodilator treatment group was better than that of the control group coarctation symptoms,social psychology,physiology,sexual life four aspects.Conclusion: Electro acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy and routine acupuncture therapy can effectively improve heart kidney incoordination perimenopausal insomnia,but electric acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in improving heart and kidney incoordination peri menopausal insomnia sleep quality and quality of life aspects are better than that of routine acupuncture therapy is worthy of further study.
