Cupping Different Frequency Symptoms Relieve Menopausal Transition Baking Hot Clinical Observation

Objective : Evaluation of curative effect of electro acupuncture in the treatment of Yin Huo Wang clinical curative effect of perimenopausal hot flashes and different frequency electroacupuncture treatment differences.Methods:The 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases of experimental group,acupuncture frequency is set to 3 times a week,1 times a day;20 cases in the control group,acupuncture frequency is set to 1 times a week;two groups of acupoints on the same treatment period was 10 weeks.Two groups were detected after treatment with E2,FSH and LH levels,assessment of two groups of average 24 h Hongre integral.Menopause symptom assessment scale(MRS scale)were observed.Results :Comparison between the experimental group and control group at 5,10 weeks and 22,34 weeks after the follow-up Hongre integral with the same group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.05);Group test group at 5,10 weeks after treatment and follow-up in 22,34 weeks Hongre integral with the control,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.05);The MRS score of the experimental group and the control group after treatment for 5,10 weeks and the follow-up period of 22,34 weeks were statistically significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).The test group after 5,10 weeks treatment and follow-up in the 22,34 weeks when compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The experimental group after 10 weeks of treatment,serum E2,FSH,compared with the same group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Electro acupuncture therapy can improve perimenopausal patients with hot flashes,while alleviating caused by autonomic disorders irritability,anxiety and other psychologic al reactions,and the hormone level plays a positive regulatory role.3 times a week in the treatment of electroacupuncture treatment of perimenopause Hongre and other symptoms better than 1 times a week for acupuncture treatment.
