The Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine To Control Acute Eczema Exudation Onset Time

Objective:Using Chinese medicine to control acute eczema, to observe the exudation onset time and efficacy, resistance to hot and humid steeped acute eczema patients, and compare the control oozing the onset time of one week and two weeks of clinical efficacy. Through this research, we hope to find faster and more effective method of treatment to acute eczema, and to play a guiding role in the clinical care.Methods:Selected50patients from Wuhan NO.1Hospital, the patients were getting acute eczema, from December2010to April2011, and the TCM is hot and humid immersed type. All patients were randomly divided into three groups:anti-histamine group in the western medicine group and the hormone group. Anti-histamine group of20cases,15cases in the western medicine group, the hormone group (15cases). Three groups in gender, age, duration and EASI scores has no significant difference (P>0.05).Anti-histamine group:oral administration to loratadindispersible tablets5mg/d; group of hormones: dexamethasone pine needles5mg/d of intravenous combined oral loratadine set, a/d; In group A:oral loratadine he will be1/d and Chinese medicine, day1agent, Sichuan traditional parties are as follows:longdancao10g, tongcao10g, shanzhizi10g, danggui10g, shengdi10g, zexie10g, cheqianzi10g, fuling10g, huashi10g, gancao10g, baijili10g, jingjie10g, fangfeng10g, dahuang10g.Results:1. An onset time of the control oozing, anti-histamine group onset in the first five days, in the western medicine group in one day onset, the onset of the hormone group in the first two days;2. The clinical efficacy of1week between the groups were86.7%,100%and100%;2weeks100%, no significant difference between groups (P>0.05).3.Chinese and Western medicine combined with control of acute eczema, exudative, patients with other systemic concomitant symptoms also significantly improved.Conclusion:Through this subject of clinical observation, it can be found that in Western medicine combined with the treatment of hot and humid steeped acute eczema in exudation control time compared with rapid onset of antihistamines and hormone; in efficacy than the effect of anti-histamine group, and the hormone group considerable. The onset time of western medicine in hot and humid steeped acute eczema faster, better efficacy, should be widely applied.
