Clinical Research By 1/3 PDT Treatment Of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Purpose: To study 1/3 dose PDT treatment of CSC,using EDI-OCT record change of choroidal thickness,photoreceptor thickness,altitude of serous detachment,autofluorescence and vision by the time observe,analysis and contrast the result before and after treatment.Methods: The study comprised patients who compiled from ShenYang The 4th hospital from 2014.1 to 2015.12.The patients both were diagnosed acute CSC.After concluded and deleted,56 patients 59 eyes were up to standard.Then treatment use 1/3 dose PDT contrast and follow up6 months,record before treatment,1month after treatment,2 months after treatment,3months after treatment,6months after treatment.use software SPSS 19.0 to statistics data,and Analysis the reason.Results:1.Follow up the patients after treatment,The choroid capillary thickness of sick eye changed from130.32±8.52?m(before treatment),to 115.17±4.51?m(1month after teratment),109.81±3.23?m(2months after teratment),106.51±4.81?m(3months after teratment),107.01±3.76?m(6months after teratment),p<0.01.choroid thickness of sick eye changed from458.25±24.23?m(before treatment)to379.31±9.31?m(1month after teratment),353.24±8.57?m(2months after teratment),349.35 ±7.51?m(3months after teratment),350.51±8.08?m(6months after teratment)(p<0.01).BCVA(LogMAR)of sick eye from 0.553±0.11(before treatment)to0.201±0.13(1month after teratment)0.149±0.10?m(2months after teratment)0.137±0.09?m(3months after teratment)0.143±0.07?m(6months after teratment)(p<0.01).2.Follow up the patients after treatment,The choroid capillary thickness of health eye changed from112.27±7.35?m(before treatment)to109.28±6.31?m(1month after teratment),109.81±3.57?m(2months after teratment),107.98±4.61?m(3months after teratment),110.07±3.29?m(6months after teratment),P>0.05.The choroid thickness of health eye changed from362.57±15.38?m(before treatment),to365.31±13.31?m(1month after tereatment),359.43±9.83?m(2months after teratment),358.35±11.51?m(3months after teratment),361.73±15.02?m(6months after teratment),P>0.05.BCVA(LogMAR)of health eye changed from 0.086±0.08(before treatment),to 0.091±0.13(1month after teratment),0.081±0.10(2months after teratment),0.081±±0.09(3months after teratment),0.086±0.07(6months after teratment).P>0.05.3.Follow up the patients after treatment,the photoreceptor thickness of sick eye changed from35.41±4.79?m(before treatment)to34.56±5.24?m(1month after teratment),38.25±6.02?m(2months after teratment),46.56±7.39?m(3months after teratment),68.34±4.83?m(6months after teratment),P=0.000;the photoreceptor thickness of health eye changed from75.41±7.24?m(before treatment)to74.37± 8.04?m(1month after teratment),76.33±6.96?m(2months after teratment),75.32±6.12?m(3months after teratment),75.62±8.11?m(6months after teratment)4.Classification and statistic altitude of serous detachmen and vision of sick eye;F=6.872,P=0.001,result has meaning.Conclusion:Treatment of 1/3 dose PDT could reduce expansive of choroidal vessel and choroidal choriocapillary,promot absorb of subretinal fluid,recover abnormal photoreceptor,1/3 dose PDT is safe and effective to treat CSC.
