| Objective: Objective to explore the changes of choroidal thickness before and after halfdose of verteporfin photodynamic therapy with ICGA in the high choroidal perfusion area. Methods: The prospective cohort research. From November 2016 to November 2017 patients with CSC in the Guizhou ophthalmological hospital as a case of this study. Each patient was given fluorescein angiography(FFA),indocyanine green angiography(ICGA),optical coherence tomography(OCT)and best corrected visual acuity. After the diagnosis of CSC.In the diagnosis of CSC,given to each patient for half dose Weibofen photodynamic therapy. Before treatment,1 months and 3 months after treatment, the EDIOCT mode was used to measure the average thickness of choroid in the center of the lesion, the midpoint of the upper, inferior, temporal and nasal lesions and the center of the lesion. The best corrected visual acuity and other recovery of the patients were followed up.After 3 months of treatment,FFA and ICGA were reviewed to observe the recovery of the lesions and the changes in the high perfusion area. The thickness of the choroidal high perfusion area and the best corrected visual acuity before treatment, one month and 3 months after treatment were compared with the repeated measurement of variance analysis.Result: 17 cases of CSC patients were collected and 17 eyes were collected. There were 15 cases of male patients and 2 cases of female patients, the average age was 44 + 7 years old.The average best corrected visual acuity(Log MAR)at baseline,l and 3 months after PDT was 0.30 ± 0.16,0.16 ± 0.15 and 0.10± 0.12 respectively. The difference of the best corrected visual acuity in each time period was statistically significant(F(1.46,23.31)=21.93,P<0.01).The difference between each time point is statistically significant(P=0.01,P<0.01,P=0.02).The results showed that the visual acuity improved significantly after treatment, and the visual acuity improved in the 3 months after treatment compared with the 1 months after treatment. The mean choroidal thickness of the high perfusion area at the three time points were 381.25 ± 62.49μm,317.20 ± 63.95 μm,299.19 ± 69μm respectively.Difference in choroidal thickness in the high perfusion area between the three time points was statistically significant(F(2,32)=34.67,P<0.01).The differences between the times after treatment and before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between 1 months after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P=0.27).After 3 months after treatment, there was no obvious change in the high perfusion of choroid in the 1 month after treatment. Conclusion: A half dose of the treatment of PDT is helpful for the improvement of visual acuity and the absorption of subretinal fluid in CSC patients. In addition, this treatment can improve the high perfusion of choroid in CSC patients.Fixed point repeated measurement of the thickness of choroidal hyperperfused region with ICGA combined with OCT is objective, reliable and worthy of promotion. |
