The Clinical Research Of Rlectro Acupuncture Combined With Exercise Therapy In The Treatment Of Children With Cerebral Palsy Sitting Function Abnormal

BackgroundCerebral palsy(cerebralpalsy,CP)is a syndrome caused by non progressive brain damage and developmental defects in infants.CP is one of the main causes leading to children's disability,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of children.The sitting function in children with cerebral palsy abnormalities include seat capacity of backward,not sitting,sitting position is not correct,sitting instability,not lasting.Have important effects of cerebral palsy in children with good sitting function on the learning ability,crawling standing and walking,so sitting function recovery is an important link in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation process.However,there is no better way to treat CP.Therefore,the functional recovery of CP children is a hot and difficult problem in the world.ObjectiveOn the basis of the exercise therapy and the traditional Chinese medicine theory,the use of electro acupuncture therapy combined with exercise therapy for the treatment of children with CP,the clinical significance of electro acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in early rehabilitation of patients with CP.Methods128 cases of cerebral palsy children in our hospital from December 2013 to June,were divided into observation group and control group with 64 cases in each group by stratified random sampling method.The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture combined with exercise therapy,while the observation group was treated byelectro acupuncture combined with exercise therapy.Electro acupuncture treatment of main points of Baihui,Sishencong,"Ying three needle",Dazhui,shenshu.Addition and subtraction with the disease with acupuncture point: mental retardation and zhisanzheng(God court hole and the hole),Fengchi;hearing impaired plus halo to District,the angle of sun;the language barrier and yamen,Lian Quan,Jinjin and Yuye;Quchi,"shoulder three needle"(shoulder skeleton,shoulder and shoulder),Waiguan,Neiguan and Hegu;lower limb paralysis and skeleton closed,ring jump,Zusanli,Taichong,Sanyinjiao adding a upper limb paralysis;with epilepsy plus Shenmen,Taichong,Hegu,springs.Exercise therapy is mainly used Bobath therapy,induction training.With the method of combining the scoliosis with the method of the field,and the Vojta method of the turning over and over.1 times a day,7d for a course of treatment,the interval of 7d into the next course of treatment,a total of 14 courses of treatment.The gross motor function evaluation table(GMFM)is a 20 item evaluation of the treatment of the two groups of children before and after sitting function status;two groups of children treated with nimodipine statistics after the overall efficiency,the overall efficiency is efficient and effective rate.Results(1)after the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were compared: the observation group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)in the two groups before and after treatment in children with sitting function score:before treatment,the observation group and the control group sitting function score,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,two groups sitting function score respectively before and after treatment compared were significantly higher,the differences were statistical learning significance(P<0.05);after treatment,scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)observation group of children with different age groups after treatment efficacy comparison: after treatment,the efficacy of different age groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the younger the better curative effect.(4)observed in different types of patients before treatment,after sitting function score improved: spastic and hypotonia type sitting function rate of progress was significantly higher than that of other types(P<0.05);and children with spastic sitting function improved significantly better than hypotonia type(P< 0.05).ConclusionsElectro acupuncture combined with exercise therapy can improve the cerebral palsy children sitting function score,for spastic and hypotonia type cerebral palsy children better and younger the better curative effect,in the early rehabilitation of children with CP has important significance.
