Be acupuncturecombined with Bobath method based rehabilitation treatment, and3months of a course oftreatment, carried out for the two courses of treatment, for six months, observed beforetreatment, after treatment, a course of treatment, treatment2after changes in the course of thesituation before and after comparison.Result:1. Two treatment groups within twenty-two contrast, were statistically significant, indicating that the two methods can improve the level of gross motor development of children,to improve the children with spasticity; through two groups before treatment, after treatment, atreatment, after treatment GMFM total score of the two treatments, joint activity between thegroups compared were statistically differences; muscle tone muscle group on long-term effectof the treatment group to improve spasticity better than the control group. Conclusion: The results of this study show the treatment and control groups beforetreatment, after treatment, a course of treatment, after treatment, two treatments compared tomuscle tension, muscle strength was no significant difference in the short-term treatment, suggesting that short-term rehabilitation and althoughchildren with gross motor functionimproved, but spasticity was still significantly lagging behind the normal level of children ofthe same age, the need to adhere to the long-term rehabilitation, to further improve spasticity, and promote large motor development gradually closer to normal motor function.
