| Objective:To observe the electro-acupuncture and physical therapy intervention in the ord-er of the two different combinations of the cerebral cortex of the cerebral palsy rats M1, M2 Zone BDNF and GAP-43 expression.Methods:â‘ 30 rats were randomly divided into five groups (n=6), A group for the exer-cise group after the first EA, B group, EA group after the first movement, C group, model group, D group, sham operation group, E group and control group. A, B, C groups were the first bilateral carotid artery ligation placed in hypoxic hypoxia box 40min, D group isolated vagus nerve and carotid artery. The day after the surgery began, A group using the first elec-tric Baihui, after the sea cave, after the exercise therapy training; B group was the first dru-mtype training, after the electric Baihui, after the sea-cave; C, D, E group received no treat-ment. A, B for 30 minutes each treatment group, acupuncture and sports,15 minutes,1 time/ day a week course of treatment.â‘¡after treatment, all surviving rats intraperitoneal chloral hydrate anesthesia, the heart rapidly perfused with normal saline 100 mL, and then 50 mLof 4% paraformaldehyde perfusion fixed. Decapitated brain into 4%paraformaldehyde were fixed after 24 h, immunohistochemistry staining. Universal electron microscope in rats sele-cted about Ml and M2 cortex area depicting a vision observation, using Motic Images Advan-ced 3.0 photographs, Motic Images Advanced6.0 medical image analysis the number of posi-tive cells, do statistical analysis.â‘¢measurement data were compared with single factor ana-lysis of variance between the two groups using Newman-Keuls q test.Results:(1) for BDNF expression in terms of:â‘ the control group compared with the sham group, no significant difference (P>0.05).â‘¡with the control group and sham group, each group significantly increased the number of positive expression, the differences were signi-ficant (P<0.01).â‘¢Compared with model group, the first EA Sports after the first post-ex-ercise group and acupuncture group significantly increased the number of positive express-ion, where the former increased significantly (P<0.05), the latter difference was significant (P<0.01).â‘£After the first EA Sports EA group and the first two groups after the exercise group, the positive expression of the former much more than the latter, the difference was significant (P<0.01).(2) GAP-43 expression in terms of:â‘ the control group compared with the sham group, no significant difference (P>0.05).â‘¡with the control group and sham group, each group sig-nificantly increased the number of positive expression, the differences were significant (P <0.01).â‘¢Compared with model group, the first EA Sports after the first post-exercise gro-up and acupuncture group significantly increased the number of positive expression, where the former increased significantly (P<0.05), the latter difference was significant (P<0.01).â‘£After the first EA Sports EA group and the first two groups after the exercise group, the positive expression of the former much more than the latter, the difference was significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:1, acupuncture therapy combined with exercise, BDNF and GAP-43 positive was significantly higher than the model group, sham operation group and control group, illustrates the combination therapy can promote the recovery of rats with cerebral palsy to improve response and exercise capacity, treatment is effective.2, first movement with EA group of BDNF and GAP-43 expression was higher than the exercise group after the first acupuncture shows that EA group after the first exercise on BDNF and GAP-43 increased the expression more efficient.3, the first exercise intervention order combination of acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy have some clinical guidance. |
