Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture, mild moxibustion combined with Bobath therapy on the scores of 88 items(gross motor function measure,GMFM88)and Peabody fine motor development scale(Peabody developmental motor scale-Fine motor,PDMS-FM)in children with spastic cerebral palsy(cerebral palsy,CP),so as to reveal the possible therapeutic effect of acupuncture on spastic cerebral palsy.Method:40 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment)and control group(rehabilitation treatment alone),20 cases each. After acupuncture and mild moxibustion, the treatment group was treated with Bobath therapy, and the control group was treated with the same rehabilitation method as the treatment group.28 days as a course of treatment, after the end of each course of rest 2 days, three courses of treatment.40 children received GMFM88 ?PDMS-FM evaluation before and after treatment, and compared the improvement of coarse motor function and fine motor function in the treatment group and the control group through the changes of scores before and after treatment with two scales Effect of two methods on improving motor dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Result:1.GMFM88 assessment: there was no statistical significance for the difference of GMFM88 scale scores between the two groups before treatment.after treatment, compared with before treatment, the GMFM88 scores of the control group and the treatment group were all increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01);compared with the control group, the GMFM88 score of the treatment group was increased more obviously, and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01).2.PDMS-FM assessment: there was no statistical significance in the difference of grasping,visual-motor integration scores in the first two groups of PDMS-FM.after treatment, compared with before treatment, the scores of grip,visual-motor integration in the PDMS-FM of the control group and the treatment group were all increased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).compared with the control group, the scores of grip,visual-motor integration in the PDMS-FM of the treatment group were increased more significantly, with significant statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture,mild moxibustion combined with Bobath therapy and simple Bobath therapy can improve the coarse and fine motor development of children with spastic cerebral palsy, and then improve the overall motor dysfunction.(2)Acupuncture and mild moxibustion combined with Bobath therapy are superior to simple Bobath therapy in improving motor dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
