Clinical Study Of Anwei Decoction With Anti Hp Quadruple Therapy On Helicobacterpylori Associated Gastric Ulcer

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Anwei Decoction combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcers.And to explore mechanism action of Anwei DecoctionMethods: 60 patients with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(30 cases)was given anti Hp quadruple therapy for 14 days,and then continue to be given pantoprazole for 4 weeks.The treatment group(30 cases)was given Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy for 14 days,and then continue to be given pantoprazole with Anwei Decoction for 4 weeks.After two groups stop drug,to observe index,efficacy and Security.Patients were followed up for 6 months,and then to detect long-term curative effect.Results: Clinical research show:1.The treatment group with Anwei Decoction and the control group were all able to improve epigastric pain,belching and acid regurgitation,irritability,chest fullness,dry mouth and eating less symptom in different degrees(P<0.05)?But curative effect of treatment group with Anwei Decoction treating epigastric pain,belching and acid regurgitation,chest fullness and eating less was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Endoscopic ulcer area was significantly reduced,and even completely healed.Inflammation was improved significantly,or even disappeared,on the extent,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Both of the two groups can eliminate Hp,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05.4.In he healing of gastric mucosa and the long-term prevention of recurrence the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.During the treatment period,there was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram(ECG)were normal before and after treatment.Conclusions:1.Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy can significantly improve symptoms of Hp related GU.2.Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy can improve the inflammation significantly and promote ulcer healing.3.The curative effect of Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy eradicating Hp was obvious.4.Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy can reduce the recurrence rate of ulcer and Hp.5.Anwei Decoction Combined with anti Hp quadruple therapy for the treatment of Hp related GU was safe.
