Study On The Effect Of Hydrotalcite On Healing Of Gastric Ulcer Associated With Infection Of Helicobacter Pylori

BackgroundGastric ulcer is one of the common diseases in digestive system, About 5% ~ 10% of the people would have been got it in their life. People would get GU when the balance been broken between the defense and repairn of the gastric mucosa. The infection of the helicobacter pylori and the abnormal secretion of gastric acid is the two common causes of GU. At present,The Acid-Suppression therapy used Proton-Pump inhibitors(PPI) and the eradication therapy of helicobacter pylori has been the main part of the routine therapy of GU.This two therapys has greatly increased the healing rate of GU.But the recurrence of GU has been perplexing the patients.The recurrence part is often the original part. The recurrence of GU is a dynamic process,under the synthetic action between the internal cause and the external cause. There are many factors influencing the healing and the recurrence of GU,such as the persist infection off HP, the decline of the gastric mucosal’s defensive ability and the attack of the Mucosa-Damage factors. The persist infection of HP is the mainly factors caused the recurrence of GU. The quality of ulcer healing(QOUH)may be another factors caused the recurrence of GU. The meaning of QOUH is back to the normal histological structure and function. In recent years, the study of the QOUH of gastric ulcer has been the focus. Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with GU caused by Hp with the hydrotalcite. Method:Selected 178 cases of patients with GU caused by Hp from April 2012 to February 2015 and randomly divided into A group and B group. The A group was given Omeprazole enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, Amoxicillin capsule, clarithromycin capsule and LiZhudele electuary. The treatment of the B group was plused hydrotalcite on the basis of the control group. Results:The rate of ulcer healing and the eliminate rate of Hp of the two groups were not reached statistical significant difference(P > 0.05). The classification of structure of regenerated mucosa tissue around the ulcer in two groups was 39.74%(31/78) and 64.56%(51/79),the difference between two groups reached statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:There was no significant effect about hydrotalcite for increasing the rate of ulcer healing and the eliminate rate of Hp,but To improve the QOUH of GU. It was value for clinical work.
