| Objective: To study the effect of rh-aFGF and pearl powder in the treatment of facial shallow second degree burn.Methods: From 0ctober 2014 to February 2016,48 cases with facial shallow second degree burn were reviewed.,male 31 cases,female 17 cases,the average age was 21.79 ± 7.35 years old(range from 5~35 years old).The average burn area was 2.05±0.78%TBSA(range from 0.5-3% TBSA),scalded by hot water 39 cases,flame burn 5 cases,burned by electric arc 4cases.All facial shallow second degree burns were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group with rh-a FGF and pearl powder after normal saline debridement,the control group with sulfadiazine silver paste after normal saline debridement,observed two groups wound healing rates of 7?10?14,average healing time,wound infections,liver function,renal function,white blood cell count and adverse reactions between the treatment group and control group.Results: The treatment group and the control group after the first 7 days,10 days of healing rates were(45.43±5.50)%,(98.61±3.69)% and(38.40±7.98)%,(94.44±7.81)%.the treatment group heated faster than the control group,wound healing rate in treatment group was satistically different from that in control group(P<0.05)at the 7th,10 th day.The average healing time in treatment group was 9.00±2.11 days,which has statistical significance compared to control group(P<0.05).wound healing rate in treatment group was not satistically different from that in control group(P>0.05)at the14 th day.There was no statistical difference in the liver function?renal function,white blood cell count of before and after trearment between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05),during the two groups were not significant advers reactions occur.Conclusion: Drug combination of rh-aFGF and pearl powder is better than traditional sulfadiazine silver paste on wound healing in facial shallow second degree burn. |
