| Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on lasma homocysteine level,blood pressure,Carotid Intima-Media Thickness and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: In accordince with the principle of randomization,80 patients were divided into treatment and control groups,groups of 40 cases.Two groups were treated with atorvastatin,and foliate tablets.grade one hypertension were treated with Enalapril maleate,grade two hypertension were treated with combination therapy,when the blood pressure could not be controlled,the Amlodipine Besylate Tablet would be the first choice.The treatment group got additional treatment of Chinese herbal compound.The course of treatment is five months,the research observed the changes of lasma homocysteine level,blood pressure,Carotid Intima-Media Thickness before and after Treatment.Results: lasma homocysteine level,blood pressure,Carotid Intima-Media Thicknessof two groups got be improved compared with pre-treatment,and the treatment group got be improved compared with control group,as well as the score of blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion: The Chinese herbal compound made progress in reducing the level of lasma homocysteine level,blood pressure,Carotid Intima-Media Thickness and the score of blood stasis syndrome. |
