To understand the status of the occupational stress of the coal miners, selecting 338 production line workers in TD mine as the research object, through the interview method and using occupational stress inventory revised edition (OSI-R) in Chinese questionnaire survey assessment, get professional task, individual stress response and individual strain resources, a total of three subscales scores. The results showed that the coal mining front-line workers in age, working years, relationships with spouses and experienced accidents, there exist some differences in different variables; The work environment, the heavy task, such as the sense of responsibility, the lack of social support is the main source of occupational stress; Workers are the main factors causing the stress response for the sense of responsibility, task conflict, the working environment, coping resources and occupational stress reaction is the main factor of social support and self-care.To improve the miners' occupational stress status, introduce the method of group counseling for psychological intervention for one month. Application of symptom self-assessment scale SCL-90 questionnaire, comparing the results of the experimental group and control group, the miners nervous anxiety scores and interpersonal relationships improved markedly. Psychological evaluation results show that the overall improve the mental health level of the miners.Conclusion, compared with skilled workers norm, About 43% of the miners, the existence of moderate or severe occupational stress. Half of the miners lack of occupational stress coping resources.Uses the method of group counseling psychology consultation, greatly improve the interpersonal relations, reduce the stress level, increase the ability of miners to cope with occupational stress.
