Medical disputes refers to the situation that in the medical institutions or enterprises with a legal qualification, the party receiving medical services believes the other negligent in the process of providing medical services or fulfilling legal obligations, and causes actual damage consequences, then should be be responsible for it, but both sides suffer from the existence of different opinions and mutual dispute on the situation. In recent years, public opinion hotspot frequent incidents in the area of health. After the diffusion via network, the negative impact continues ferment, which has serious damage to the image of the hospital and medical staff,making doctor-patient relationship increasingly tense. As a result, medical events happen much more frequently.Contradictions and disputes are increasingly intensified, which has reached an unprecedented level, and it puts forward higher challenge to the crisis management of hospital.How to reduce the number of medical disputes from the source, control the developments In a timely and effective process, minimize the negative impact of major events are theoretical issues and practical problems that need to be solved.To prevent and control the medical dispute crisis more effectively, we must improve the ability of the hospital medical dispute crisis management in an all-round way.This paper uses literature analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, combining with the related information on the hot medical malpractice incidents resently,makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and problems of hospital medical malpractice crisis management, founds the doctor-patient trust crisis, hospital organization and management backward, poor public relations crisis and other issues.The author believes that to ease the tension between doctors and patients, reduce the incidents of medical malpractice, hospitals need to improve its managerial ideas,structure, rules and management culture and therefore strengthen its crisis management ability. In the meantime, hospitals need to focus more on the continuing training and education of the medical staff, try to resolve medical disputes from the root and improve its service and medical skills.
