At present,the medical and health care reform in China continues to deepen,the doctor-patient contradiction increasingly deepens,and the doctor-patient relationship strains conflict.It is a key problem to explore an effective doctor-patient crisis management plan.Based on advanced theories and experiences of crisis management in foreign countries,this thesis builds a six-stage management plan for the doctor-patient crisis based on the theory of Augustine crisis management.The main contents are as follows:(1)The doctor-patient crisis research literatures,which is published in core journals in China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database between 2000 and2017,are chose as the source.The structural feature distributions of doctor-patient crisis research in China are analyzed in the aspects of annual distributions and publication organizations with the help of SATI,UCINET and Net Draw.The focuses are presented in a form of knowledge graph,including doctor-patient relations,medical services,medical humanities,medical staff professional spirit,medical crisis legal issue,medical care system,news media and special group medical service.It is helpful to promote the research of doctor-patient crisis in China developing from perceptual knowledge to rational cognitive.(2)The current situation of doctor-patient crisis management in T hospital is summarized,and the existing problems and contradictions are analyzed to explore the source of the doctor-patient crisis.Basing on the original work of T hospital,a management scheme of doctor-patient crisis based on the classic Augustine six-stage crisis management theory is built.The scheme can prevent doctor-patient crisis problems in daily work,manage doctor-patient crisis problems in the normal state,control doctor-patient crisis problems in an emergency state,solve doctor-patient crisis problems by reconciliation through friendly negotiation or third party mediation as primary means and medical accident technical appraisal or judicial action as auxiliary means,and check the deficiency,summarize doctor-patient crisis problems,make rectification measures after each crisis.In all,it has had a good effect in handling the doctor-patient crisis in T hospital.(3)Several countermeasures for easing the doctor-patient crisis are put forward from the aspects of drug price,medical ethics education and information construction.By improving the mechanism of drug price negotiation,promoting the application of cheap,safe and effective generic drugs,and increasing the transparency of drug pricing,reduce the price of drugs and reduce the burden on patients.Through strengthening medical ethics education,perfect the restriction mechanism,to find a balance of doctor-patient relationship,changing the service idea,improve service consciousness,harmonious doctor-patient relationship,standardization of health laws and regulations,and focus on the patient's psychological counseling and psychotherapy,strengthening medical ethics education,improve the service consciousness.Promote the construction of information technology,increase input,strengthen and improve the construction of health information platforms,and improve medical standards.
