Effect Of Qi Lian Nephritis Pill On IgA Nephropathy Patients Suffering From Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:By observing the relationship urine mannose-binding lectin(MBL)levels and Lee's pathological gradingthe changes of patients with IgA nephropathy with TCM syndromes,clinical indicators and urinary MBL before and after Qi Lian Nephritis Pill the course, as Qi Lian Nephritis Pill the mechanism of treatment of IgA nephropathy and provide theoretical and practical basis.Methods:1.Select 40 cases in line with the conditions of the Qi and yin deficiency type IgA nephropathy patients from the hospital department of nephropathy, divided into treatment group and control group, each 20 cases,treated at the same time, the treatment group patients took the Qi Lian Nephritis Pill control administration,Shenyankangfu piece group, treatment for 8 weeks, to observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, urine RBC, 24 h urinary protein,, changes of urinary MBL, and the influence on ALT,AST,Scr, statistical analysis, to judge the curative effect.Urine MBL is detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) test.2.Analyse the relation of the urinary levels of MBL of IgAN patients and Lee's pathological grade. Meanwhile selection and selected cases by age, sex matched healthy controls were 20 cases as normal, detected the urinary levels of MBL.Results:1.Compared before and after treatment, the treatment group of TCM syndrometotal effectiveness 85%, the comparison group total effectiveness 75%;the two groups before and after treatment of urinary RBC, 24 h urinary protein,changes of urinary MBL were statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01),no statistical significance between the two groups(P >0.05); before and after treatment group, comparison between groups ALT, AST, Scr had no significant changes(P >0.05).2.IgAN patients' urine MBL levels were significantly higher than the control group;with Lee grading pathological phenotype heavier, IgAN patients with MBL levels were significantly elevated in urine.Conclusions:1.Qi Lian Nephritis Pill can improve the symptoms of patients with IgA nephropathy, reduce proteinuria and hematuria.2.Urine MBL levels correlated with Lee's pathological grade.3.Qi Lian Nephritis Pill can reduce the number of urinary MBL.
