In recent years,the segmentation of peanuts is gradually evolving into a more efficient two-stage harvest.In order to further improve the peanut harvesting approaches two segment two to the quality of the harvest,harvest way to get better application and promotion,this article from the first stage of operation of two segment harvest-mining and placement of peanut field,aiming at the design of peanut shop harvester for two-stage harvesting method for upright peanut varieties in China.In this paper,the Adams motion simulation analysis,high-speed photographic experiment and Adams analysis are carried out for the process of gripping and the process of the paving.The kinematic model of peanut gripping and ordered paving process was also established.The kinematics analysis,field experiment and working mechanism of peanut gripping and ordered paving were studied,which providing a theoretical basis for harvesting machinery.(1)The mechanical properties of peanut plant,connection of fruit stalk and pod,junction of fruit stalk and stem were analyzed.The maximum tensile resistance of peanut plant at the mature stage was 308.5N,the maximum shear force at the mature stage was 135.5N.The maximum tensile strength and tensile mechanical test curves of connection of fruit stalk and pod,junction of fruit stalk and stem were obtained from the results of the analysis.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the clamping and conveying device of the peanut harvesting machine.(2)In view of the vertical growth state of peanut in China,the whole structure design of peanut orderly harvesting machine for peanut varieties in China was carried out.Aiming at the upright growth status of peanut in China,the whole structure of peanut flower harvesting machine suitable for peanut.varieties in China was designed,which enabled it to complete the excavation,peeling and transportation of peanut plants at one time.ordering shop and other operations process,solving the first two stages of peanut harvest fruit peanut paved the problem.(3)The dynamic process simulation of the peeling system and the process of the orderly paving process was carried out by using the virtual simulation software Adams.The spatial trajectories of the peanut pods and the leaves at the top of the plant were obtained.Through the analysis of the trajectory,the movement state of the peanut plant in the whole process of harvesting and the trend of the trajectory in the virtual prototype under different motion parameters are obtained.(4)High-speed photographic tests were carried out on the process of peeling and peeling of peanut plants.Through the observation and analysis of high-speed photography test images,the main holding and conveying state of peanut plants during gripping and transportation was obtained.In the process of throwing,the straight lines of the peanut plant centerline in the air are basically parallel to each other,and the peanut plants are subjected to rigid body tilting movement after being thrown from the ordered strip.(5)Combined with the simulation of the trajectory of the peanut plant and the trajectory of the throwing process and the high-speed photography test for further analysis,analyzing the movement of peanut plants after being planted and the movement of peanut plant pods after landing,the conditions of the orderly arrangement of peanut plants,the angle and the distance of peanut plant strip laying were analyzed,calculated and studied.(6)In order to study the effects of flowering parameters and structure parameters on the quality of peanut plant and the quality of peanut harvest,the field experiment was carried out on the harvesting process of peanut.This paper mainly explores the influence of the main factors such as the clamping speed,the machine forward speed,the clamping position and the distance from the rooting of the seedling on ordered strip angle,ordered strip distance,soil rate,fruit drop rate and fruit rate and other operating indicators.
