Design And Simulation On Vibrating-Laying Type Of Peanut Harvesters

The peanut planting areas in China are increasing year by year.Many areas still harvest peanuts by manpower or animals.Moreover,existing peanut harvesting machines have many shortcomings such as high power consumption,easy hilling,poor adaptability and so on.Developing small peanut harvesters which are suitable for production practice in northern areas is extremely urgent.The Vibrating-Laying Type of Peanut Harvesters are designed for provinces like Hebei and Shandong where the double rows with plastic films peanut planting pattern is widely used.The machine uses a small four-wheel tractor as the driving force and the main parts of the machine include the harvester mining vibration device,conveying device,the laying device and a power transmission system.It can complete excavation,shaking soil,transportation and laying processes.Two eight-shaped digging shovels are used in the digging device so that the machine can drill into soil gradually and reduce the excavation resistance,which improves the efficiency of digging.The mining vibrating screen won't have soil saved and is easy to clean.The eight-shaped chain clamp holder is able to adjust the chain pitch,so the peanut harvesting machine can adapt to different lands of spacing and row spacing,thus improving the peanut transportation effect and transmission efficiency.The adjustable transmission can adjust the transmission speed of the harvesting machine according to the supply of different driving speed,which improves the transmission effect and the working efficiency.It has been tested by the Pro/E simulation test and has no interference.The field experiment is carried out in the practice teaching base for postgraduates of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology and the test result shows that the leading performance indexes of the machine are very good.
