Peanut,as the important economic crops and oil crops,were widely planted around the world.The planting area of peanut in our country,ranks the second in the world,after India's.Since the policy of reform and opening up,the development of modern agricultural equipment in China are mainly concentrated on the cultivated land leveling machines,food production machines,which yields a smaller proportion,and peanuts as economical crops,the peanut harvesting machinery development not taken seriously,the specialty is engaged in the research of peanut harvesting machinery has fewer personnel,which all of these factors have seriously restricts the development of peanut harvesting machinery in China.In addition,with wider range of peanut planting in our country,for cohesive soil such as peanut planting areas,especially in regions of Fujian province peanut harvesting machinery is less.In view of the cohesive soil are often appear the grave problems such as difficult and ground are unfavorable to the development of peanut harvesting mechanization.To solve above problems,the combination of the peanut harvest agronomic requirements and the use of small caterpillar tractor,designing a kind of small vibration peanut.Harvester and digging the grave and vibration crushing soil and laying out a series of work,which is largely reduces the farmers work intensity.According to different soil and crops to replace digging shovel and eccentric vibration device was designed to optimize the traditional style of digging shovel and then the realization peanut harvester amplitude can be adjusted.In this paper,the design of small vibration peanut harvester institutions mainly includes frame,mining,transportation device,eccentric vibration device,vibrating screen,tractor connection device,wheel,etc.When they work,small peanut harvester vibration under the action of a tractor,promoting mining institutions to dig the grave peanuts.Through raising the transport to send device will be transported to the soil with peanut seedling fruit sieve in under the action of eccentric vibration broken soil.After the vibration of peanut seedling fruit,the vibration effect is put on the back end on the ground in the field.In addition,you can adjust the height from the ground to walk round so as to control digging shovel digging depth,peanut harvester machine by tractor connection device can rise or fall,realize operation with the operation mode switch.Using Pro/E software parts of peanut harvester vibration model,and on the virtual assembly;ADAMS software is used to analyse the vibration device for the movement of the dynamic simulation and the analysis of related parts,using AutoCAD software on the part drawing and the drawing of assembly;Using Ansysl4.5 Workbench statics simulation analysis was carried out on the important parts,according to the analysis result is optimized.This design is mainly aimed at the peanut harvest process,designed the peanut mining structure,vibrating screen,bias,etc.It can achieve effective harvesting peanuts and broken soil,saving operation time,reduce the intensity of artificial operation,has good operation effect.Through the field test results show that the small peanut harvester vibration of structure design is reasonable,which can effectively the grave digging.The eccentric vibration mechanism can drive the vibrating screen vibration broken soil,which conforms to the peanut harvest index of the relevant work.The small peanut harvester vibration of structure design implements the grave,fragile soil,improve the efficiency of the ground soil and reduce the strength of artificial pick up operation.
