| Porcine epidemic diarrhea is a major viral diarrhea in pigs,which can cause high mortality of piglets,reduced fat and feed rate of adult pigs,and bring huge economic losses to pig breeding industry.For the prevention and treatment of PED,there is no effective treatment.The laboratory of the Jiangsu Liyang outbreak of porcine epidemic diarrhea epidemic of swine 56 piglets respectively and the traditional western medicine compound traditional Chinese medicine treatment,to observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of compound traditional Chinese medicine treatment of porcine epidemic diarrhea.Test 1 Clinical effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on porcine epidemic diarrhea56 piglets with diarrhea were divided into 2 groups according to the principle of the same nest,body weight and age.The treatment group was divided into 30 groups:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group(n = 26).Treatment:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction concentrated and heated to 25 DEG C～30 C,0.75mL/Kg,the 2/d;intramuscular injection of gentamicin,0.75mL/Kg and lincomycin 0.75mL/Kg.Results:the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with an average of 4.42 days to cure,the cure rate was 86.67%,the recurrence rate was 0%,the maximum weight decreased 0.59%,11 days increased by 22.44%;the western medicine group with an average of 4.91 days to cure,the cure rate was 84.61%,the recurrence rate was 7.69%,the maximum weight decreased 5.08%,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group were significant difference,11 day weight gain 20.94%.The results showed that the treatment of compound Chinese medicine could reduce the fat loss,rapid recovery,low recurrence rate and weight gain,and reduce the loss of breeding.Test 2 Observation of digestive tract mucosa and detection of related enzymes in pigs with epidemic diarrheaAfter treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment 5 days after cured pig head 1(before the treatment of PEDV positive),another treatment failure of 1 pigs(5 days after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Western medicine for 3 days,the illness did not improve)and health of 1 pig slaughtered bloodletting anatomy.Each pig from each stomach and duodenum,jejunum,middle middle ileum and colon in the middle for paraffin section and HE staining,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope observation of gastrointestinal lesions were retrieved;intestinal immunohistochemical detection of succinate dehydrogenase,monoamine oxidase,5’-nucleotide and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.The results showed that:after treatment,the digestive tract mucosa of the pig was almost normal.The treatment of Western medicine for the treatment of the duodenum,jejunum and ileum showed obvious inflammatory reaction.The results of field emission scanning electron microscopy showed that there was no abnormality in the treatment of pigs with Chinese medicine,and a small number of adherent.TEM observation results:the traditional Chinese medicine for treating swine cell structure without serious damage,but the microfilament skeleton structure,tube than healthy pig clear;western medicine in the treatment of porcine duodenum,jejunum and ileum and colon mucosa cell mitochondria injury,endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi fragmentation,nuclear morphology and nuclear chromatin differentiation.The results showed that the activities of succinate dehydrogenase,monoamine oxidase and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme were significantly higher than that of Western medicine in the treatment of swine.The results suggest that compound Chinese medicine treatment of porcine epidemic diarrhea effect may be associated with resistance to intestinal mucosal injury and protect the mucosal epithelial cells mitochondria,stable epithelial cell structure and membrane structure and the adjustment of succinate dehydrogenase,monoamine oxidase,and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity and resistance after infection.Test 3 Effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine on serum levels of serum in patients with epidemic diarrhea before and after treatmentBefore and after the treatment,the blood samples were collected and separated from each pig at 1 days after treatment.IgM,IgA,IgG,IL-1,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TGF-α,TGF-βand IFN-βwere detected by ELISA method.Results:the serum indicators,Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine group IgM were significantly higher than that before treatment,Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine group IL-1 were significantly lower than before treatment,western medicine group IL-4 was significantly higher than before treatment,the Chinese medicine group IL-10 was significantly higher than before treatment.The results showed that in the treatment of porcine epidemic diarrhea,compound Chinese medicine can be achieved by lowering the IL-1,up regulation of IL-10 immune suppression,reduce inflammation,so as to achieve a good therapeutic effect. |
