Peanut is the world is one of China’s important oil crops and economic crops.Mainly in Asia,Africa,the Americas and other places,China’s peanut acreage has reached 470Mhm2,yield 1700Mt,mainly concentrated in Shandong,Henan,Anhui,Hebei and Liaoning and other places.However,in the case of peanut being widely cultivated,peanut shelling machinery in the shelling process still exists in the shedding rate is not high,serious damage,poor general performance of equipment and other issues,seriously restricting the development of peanut shelling mechanization.And broken peanuts will produce aflatoxin,after eating harm to human health;damage peanuts appearance of poor product,making the value of goods greatly reduced,restricting the economic benefits of farmers,and caused unnecessary waste.In view of the main problems of peanut shelling machinery at present,combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China,"Peanut shelling and mechanical damage mechanism and low damage shelling machine technology research"(item number:50775151)follow-up study,based on Shenyang Agricultural University Peanut Research In this paper,the research on the peanut physical and chemical characteristics,the fruit shell rupture and the damaged form of the nuts were carried out,and the existing peanut The main shelling principle and structure type of the shelling device are designed.A small spiral peanut shelling device is designed and analyzed.The analysis and analysis of peanut pod movement and collision in the shelling process are carried out by using ADAMS software.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)the physical characteristics of peanuts related research.Through the analysis of the triaxial dimensions of peanut pods and peanuts,the distributions of them were in accordance with the normal distribution law,which provided theoretical data for the shelling gap of the shelling device and the gap of the concave plate sieve.(2)Study on the Fragmentation of Peanut Pods and the Damage Forms of Nuts.Through the study,it was found that the morphology of peanut pod rupture was divided into edge rupture,edge rupture and radial rupture.Through the study of the form of peanut nuts,it was found that the damage was mainly caused by the striking force and the secondary mechanical action after shelling.(3)Study on the influence of water content on peanut shell.The effect of water content on the crust force of peanut pod was obtained by breaking test of peanut pods under different water content levels.(4)Design of spiral peanut shelling device.Based on the analysis of the typical peanut shelling device and the analysis of the causes of nut damage,the overall design scheme of the spiral peanut shelling device is put forward and the prototype design is carried out.Its main components are spiral shelling drum,taper grid concave plate sieve,fan-vibrating screen mixed cleaning device.(5)Vacuum prototype test of spiral peanut shelling device.The virtual prototype test of the peanut peanut shelling device based on ADAMS was carried out.The optimal simulation results were obtained by the simulation of the movement trajectory,force state and velocity of the peanut pod during the shelling process.
