Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the current situation and development trend of peanut sheller as well as the existing problems,this paper selects two varieties of peanut(dabaisha and huayu 23)as the test materials.The mechanical properties of peanut pods were tested and the optimal rotating speed are obtained by using Adams software simulation.The optimum design of sleeve structure was carried out twice.The contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:Measurement of physical and mechanical properties of peanut pods;The moisture content measurements indicated that it was saturated when the ratio of wet was increased to 100 : 25.The impact strength of two placement modes(front and side upward)decreased first and then increased,and the front upward impact intensity was less than that of the side upward.Determination of optimal rotational speed.According to the principle that the impact strength obtained by the impact test was equal to the kinetic energy of the sleeve obtained in the simulation of Adams software,the optimal speed of the striking parts was obtained by using the simulation analysis of Adams software.The results showed that when the kinetic energy of the sleeve was equal to the average of the impact strength,that is,the kinetic energy of the sleeve just caused the peanut to break the shell,and the speed was about 360 r/min at this time.The optimal design of nylon striking parts structure.On the basis of discussing length and thickness,nine kinds of striking parts of nylon material were designed and tested,and double factor test of sleeve and rotating speed was carried out.The test results showed that when the length of the sleeve was 50 mm and the thickness of 6mm was optimal,this moment the threshing ratio was 98.74% and the breakage rate was 3.42%.The optimal design of striking parts.On the basis of the optimum size of nylon sleeve,iron(high speed steel),nylon,polylactic acid(PLA)were selected as the material of striking parts,and the effect of the dehulling performance of peanut sheller was discussed.The results of range analysis and spss variance analysis showed that nylon material was the best.On the basis of the original striking parts,the structure was improved twice,and it finally changed to the wheel gear sleeve.In addition,the Design-expert design scheme was designed and the results were analyzed.Based on the subsequent processing of the data and the response surface analysis,the superiority of groove PLA is obtained.
