Retrospective Analysis Of Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of 42 Cases Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease

Feline lower urinary tract disease is a disease that occurs in the bladder and urethra,including bladder stones,urethral calculus,cystitis,and many other diseases.There are many factors leading to the incidence of feline lower urinary tract disease,which not only refers to the name of a disease,but refers to a variety of diseases at the same time.There will be a variety of clinical manifestations of the disease.The clinical symptoms of cystitis and urethritis include hematuria,dysuresia,feel pain during urination.The clinical symptoms of bladder calculi and urethral calculi include depression,urinary retention,odynuria,groan when urinating,lick genitals.There are a large number of cats in the clinic because of the feline lower urinary tract disease,which is a great threat to the health of cats.Therefore,through the study of feline lower urinary tract disease pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment methods,can provide a reference for how to diagnosis and treatment of the disease in clinic.In this paper,a total of 42 patients with feline lower urinary tract disease were collected.Based on the statistical analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of these cases,the diagnosis and treatment of the feline lower urinary tract disease were summarized and the objective evaluation was made.The diagnosis method is mainly based on the clinical basic examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination.The main treatment methods are conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Cases with no obstruction were treated with conservative treatment,such as cystitis,urethritis and urinary tract infection.Surgical treatment was performed in cases of urethral obstruction or partial urethral obstruction,such as bladder stones and urinary stones.Conservative treatment including catheterization,antibiotic therapy,improve the management of breeding and feeding the prescription prescription grain which can acidify the urine.Because of the different parts of the disease,surgicaltreatment is performed by different surgical procedures,such as incision of bladder,operation of urethral incision,and operation of ostomy.In this paper,42 cases of statistical analysis found that conservative treatment of a total of 22 cases,cured in 12 cases with the cure rate was 55%,surgical treatment of20 cases,cured in 19 cases with the cure rate was 95%.The cure rate of conservative therapy is lower than that of surgical treatment,but the operation therapy needs to bear the risk of anesthesia and the injury is relatively high.Therefore,in the treatment of feline lower urinary tract disease,we should choose a suitable method for the treatment of the disease after a reasonable diagnostic method.
