With the rapid development of China's economy,the expressway infrastructure construction has been improving,and the highway network has in a certain scale,which runs through the north and the south,connects east and west.As the expressway traffic flow has grown continuously,traffic accidents happened frequently,and the security situation is more and more severe.Expressway emergency rescue is used to handle various unexpected traffic events timely and effectively,ensures a rapid response and provide emergency relief,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing casualties and economic losses.The location of emergency rescue resources and the dispatch of emergency rescue resources are keys of the whole process of emergency rescue.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research,the characteristics and causes of expressway accidents are analyzed.The expressway network is abstracted as a non-oriented network graph,the model of the emergency rescue resource point location is established.The absolute center point of the network graph is obtained by the drawing solution,which is exactly the arrangement point of the emergency resource.Taking the urgency of time,set cost,road conditions etc.as the weight of node,the location model is optimized and has more practical application value.Dynamic model of emergency resource scheduling of expressway net is built,and an improved hybrid shuffled frog jumping algorithm is designed,path continuity is ensured by random integer coding scheme,the decision space dimensions is further reduced by edge node coding scheme,the accuracy of the algorithm is improved,the iterative strategy within the group enables the solution of the dynamic shortest path is realized.Finally,taking Xi'an West Expressway network as an example,the results show that both established algorithms could realize the optimization target of the shortest path problem of emergency vehicles in expressway network,and the shuffled frog algorithm based on priority node coding scheme has advantages in calculation accuracy and calculation speed.
