With the development of the world economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people's consumption concept has undergone tremendous changes,the product is no longer simply as a carrier of the use of function exists,more and more consumers began to pay attention to the spirit of the product Level of experience.Therefore,the traditional technology-oriented product design method has been unable to meet the needs of users,and user demand-oriented design approach will gradually become mainstream.Products as a result of the design process,not only to have the availability,to meet the functional needs of the reality,but also to bring people happy experience and spiritual satisfaction to meet the emotional needs of users.The problem of product image is based on human perceptual knowledge as the starting point of design thinking,user-centered as the origin of technological development,looking for more possibilities and innovative ways.Based on the theories of perceptual engineering,morphological analysis and cognitive psychology,this study explores and systematically studies the formation,structure and cognitive process of product image,and describes and quantifies the product image.The purpose is And provide the theoretical basis and realistic basis for the establishment of product perception design research system based on image cognition.And the air purifier as an example to be verified,the paper is divided into five parts to discuss:The first part is the study of user cognitive mechanism and cognitive model.This paper analyzes the characteristics of user's cognitive thinking,analyzes the conveyance and realization of image content,expounds the user's perceptual cognitive model,and then analyzes the designer's code and user's cognitive model in product appearance design.Based on the characteristics of cognitive model and cognitive thinking,the paper puts forward and analyzes the processing flow of perceptual information,including the acquisition,analysis and expression of perceptual information.To provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.The second part is the study of morphological deconstruction and quantificationof semantic meaning.Based on the cognitive science,this paper analyzes the three characteristics of the knowledge structure of "qualitative and qualitative muscle,the use of interaction and cultural symbol",and obtains the similarity degree geometric model of classical psychology,and constructs semantics Quantitative model.The third part is the construction of multidimensional perceptual information model.Based on the multiple linear regression equation,the mapping model of morphological feature space and image cognitive space is constructed,and the multiple regression model of each emotion dimension is verified.The results show that the model is reliable.The fourth part is based on the perceptual cognitive framework of product design evaluation evaluation.An evaluation method of air purifier design scheme based on TOPSIS and gray relational analysis is proposed.
