Driven by science and technology,consumers have put forward higher requirements for today's quality of life.In the design process,the user is always at the core position,and the user's market position has changed from passive acceptance to active,and has gradually become a decision-maker in the market.How to effectively meet the real emotional needs of users is the focus of research in the field of design,and also the core issue of enterprises that are concerned about.Through observation,interview,questionnaire survey,and other traditional user emotion measurement methods,it is easy to be disturbed by the designer subjective factors and the user's introspection ability,and it is difficult to express the true ideas accurately and objectively.With the continuous popularization and development of digital and information technology,the method of acquiring physiological data in the unconscious state of users using signal capture equipment such as nerve instrument makes up for the shortage of external measurement methods,and the user research results show scientific and reliable.Given the problems faced by the user demand acquisition stage in the industrial design process,based on the research results of cognitive psychology and neuroscience,this paper studies the related characteristics of physiological information such as visual cognition and brain cognition in the process of user perceptual cognition.Through experimental research,the visual and brain cognitive characteristics of the user in the decision-making of product-oriented form corresponding to the perceptual image are analyzed,the cognitive process of design provides an in-depth analysis of objective physiological level,and provides guidance for the development of product shape design that meets the user's expectations.The main research work and content can be summarized as follows:(1)Analysis of research status.This part uses the method of literature research to carry out the basic theoretical research,states the application research status of eye movement,EEG technology,and eye movement combined with EEG technology in user perceptual cognition,and summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the current research,and the application value of eye-brain physiological measurement technology in product design.This part expounds on the theories and related concepts of Kansei engineering,cognitive psychology,and cognitive neuroscience,and introduces the measurement technology and research methods of Kansei cognition,to lay a reliable foundation for the further implementation of the experiment.(2)Perceptual cognitive evaluation experiment of eye movement combined with EEG.By the experimental research method,eye tracking and scalp EEG acquisition technology are used to measure the cognitive data of users in each perceptual dimension,and then the physiological characteristics of users' perceptual-cognitive process are analyzed.A large number of test sample pictures and perceptual vocabularies were collected from the internet and papers.Representative samples suitable for the Kansei cognitive experiments were selected by expert group similarity judgment and the KJ method.The representative pictures were redrawn into wireframes by the morphological extraction method,and the vocabularies were divided into four groups by questionnaire.Based on eye movement and EEG technology perceptual cognition experiment with 22 charging piles shape wireframes as pictures stimuli and four groups of perceptual phrases as perceptual vocabulary stimuli,we collect the average fixation durations,average glance counts,sequences,fixation counts,heat maps,and other eye movement indexes,as well as endogenous components P2,N2,P3,N3,N4,LPP,and other ERPs.(3)Analysis of the matching characteristics of perceptual eye-brain physiological cognitive information relationship.According to the matching relationship between different perceptual semantics and morphological features,the visual cognitive processing characteristics of qualitative eye movement indicators,such as fixation tracks,heat maps,and quantitative eye movement indicators,such as average fixation durations,average glance counts,and sequences were statistically analyzed.The original EEG data collected in the process of perceptual judgment were pre-processed by re-reference,filtering,segmentation,baseline correction,removing eye movement artifacts,and other preprocessing operations.Then the average brain wave of each subject in the same cognitive state was superimposed.By comparing the activation state and amplitude intensity of each component in different perceptual-cognitive states,the processing characteristics of the users' brain cognition were reflected.(4)Summary and verification of eye-brain physiological cognitive characteristics.This paper deeply analyzes the inherent meaning of physiological indicators in the process of perceptual cognition,summarizes the visual and brain cognitive characteristics of users in the process of product form cognition under different perceptual images,and finally designs verification experiments under the same conditions with different types of product forms as samples to explore the effectiveness of eye-brain cognitive processing characteristics in other product fields.
