The rapid development and construction of electrified railway have effectively promoted the social and economic development.As an important equipment of electrified railway,catenary is the important factors that affect the safe operation of electrified railways The development of catenary inspection technology is related to the safe and efficient operation of electrified railway.The catenary inspection technology has gone through a long process of development,and has developed a variety of inspection methods and techniques.In this paper,the development process of catenary inspection technology is expounded,and the important parameter of catenary inspection are reiterated.Compare and analysis some inspection methods of non-contact inspection and contact inspection.The overall design concept and principle of developing a new type of catenary inspection device "JJC-4B type contactless catenary inspection device" are put forward,and analysis the system composition of the device.Detection of important parameters is realized by LMS511 laser radar device,and equipped with a laser scanner body vibration compensation,the industrial digital camera can capture the video image in real time,and the positioning accurately by mileage and speed monitoring.The parameters setting of the important equipment of the detecting device is adjusted by the test,and finally the parameters of the catenary are tested with higher accuracy.This paper expounds the important parameter of catenary inspection,introduces the system composition,equipment installation and test realization of "JJC-4B type non-contact catenary inspection device".The rationality and feasibility of the device design are verified by experiments and on-line measurement...
