With the continuous improvement of electrified railway technology,high-speed railway and urban rail transit have been developed rapidly.No matter high-speed railway train or urban rail transit train,the future development trend is to continue to increase the running speed of the train,save running time and improve transport efficiency.However,the pantograph catenary coupling relationship restricts the further increase of the train running speed.With the increase of train speed,the coupling vibration between pantograph and catenary becomes violent,the abrasion between pantograph and catenary increases and the off-line arc erosion phenomenon occurs,which is not conducive to the stable current collection of pantograph and catenary and threatens the safe operation of the train.Through the simulation research method,the stiffness characteristics and pantograph-catenary contact force characteristics of flexible suspension catenary and urban rail transit rigid suspension catenary are studied.The simulation model of pantograph catenary coupling is built in MSC.Marc.The rationality of the simulation model is verified according to the standard and the measured data.For the simple catenary suspension catenary of high-speed railway,the influence of catenary parameters including wire tension and catenary span arrangement on catenary stiffness distribution is analyzed firstly.Then the influence of catenary stiffness change caused by catenary parameter change on catenary contact force and the influence of catenary linear density change on catenary contact force are analyzed.Through the method of wavelet decomposition,the influence of catenary parameters on the components of span period,dropper point and dropper spacing of pantograph-catenary contact force is analyzed.In order to improve the quality of pantograph catenary current collection in the subway rigid suspension catenary in the tunnel,a new type of rigid suspension catenary suitable for urban rail transit is proposed in this thesis,which uses metal rubber as the elastic part and adds between the bus bar and the contact wire.The simulation results show that compared with the rigid catenary,the new type of rigid catenary improves the stiffness distribution of the catenary,the change range of the contact force is small,the amplitude is small,the abrasion of the pantograph is small,and the reliability is higher.When the running speed of the train increases to 160km/h,the new rigid catenary can still maintain good contact force characteristics,and has good resistance to wheel rail excitation.The new rigid catenary can improve the quality of pantograph catenary current collection under the condition of high-speed operation,ensure the high-speed and stable operation of vehicles in the tunnel,and provide some reference for the speed-up operation of vehicles in the urban rail tunnel.
