Geometry parameters of OCS are security foundation of high speed railway, accurate detecting geometry parameters of OCS are one of the hard problems in high speed pantograph-catenary relation.Complex vibration of inspection car for OCS happens on the dynamic inspection, which has a great effect on accurate detecting geometry parameters of OCS. So, displacement is compensated due to vibration of inspection car of OCS, which causes deviation to inspecting geometry parameters.This paper analyses vibration characteristic of inspection car of OCS in detail, and different geometric models are given to compensate geometry parameters of OCS in different vibration of inspection car. By combination of vibration feature of inspection car, lidar system is introduced to measure vibration displacement of inspection car, and installation plan is determined. It predigests the design, improves reliability, and achieves the aim of accurate measurement of geometry parameters of OCS.Both lidar system are installed on the bottom of inspection car, and respectively scan relative steel rail, and send data to other computers for vibration compensation. Displacement between inspection car and both steel rails is obtained by filtering and extracting in computer processing, and compensation data is obtained by calculation of geometry relationship. Computer sends compensation data to another computer for inspecting geometry parameters of OCS, and compensates geometry data.The whole process is a real-time system for real-time inspecting and real-time sending data.This paper achieves hardware setting and installing for inspecting vibration compensation of inspection car of OCS, and completes software design for controlling and software code. After running on the site, the system is proved to be rational and feasible in practice, the expectant aim is achieved.
