Compared with the computer, communications, biology and other high and new technical industries, railway is a traditional industry. It needs keep on improving technique innovation to obtain the new developing motivity, sustain the energy of development. This is also of the catenary's inspecting technique. It needs follow a new course of industrialization, realize the leaping development.Laser scanner system develops rapidly, gained broad application in a great many field, and has good operation effect. But there isn't any application in the field of catenary's parameters inspection in our country. The thesis syntheticly studies at the work of craft brothers of home and abroad about catenary's geometry parameters inspection, Adopts laser scanner system to realize measuring catenary's geometry parameters. In this scheme, a two-dimensional laser scanner has been used to measure catenary's geometry parameters. To reduce the intensity and promote the precision of measurement, it is the first time that, WinCon-8000 has been used as signal processor of laser scanner to acquire the measurement data. The output signals of sensors have been directly processed by the host computer through a plus A/D functional card, this can reduce systemic configuration, increase the reliability of the system. In additional, other computer has been adopted to dispose video signals, so that the host computer can work stably under high-speed operation.The measurement fundamentals, the hardware and the inspection software of catenary's geometry parameters inspection system is illustrated in detail in the thesis. After running on the site, the system is proved to be rational and feasible in practice. |
