The establishment of high-tech zones in China more than 20 years, building and industrial development in the park there has been considerable progress, but faced with many practical problems which adjust and optimize function and space in varying degrees.Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone Phase I and II as a development area has been developed since 1991, now is in the critical period of the new period which in need of space and function is optimized to meet new development needs.Papers from the optimization of commercial land and industrial land use study both start to build a scientific and rational optimization system for the development of Xi'an High-tech Zone provides research support.Firstly, the development of domestic and foreign high-tech zones were reviewed practice and related theory, summed up the development of urban spatial structure optimization of the three elements and three dimensions and found that functional independence Area Urban Internal Spatial Structure Optimization less. Therefore, the paper selected as the main research directions at this level. Second, a brief introduction of the concept of self-organization theory and methodology.
