Research On Current Situation And Problems Of Yinchuan General Aviation Industrial Park In Ningxia

At present,China's economic development model has entered a new normal,reflecting the growing new momentum,including new industries,new formats and new models as the core of the main features,which has become an important driving force to promote sustained and stable economic growth and accelerate economic restructuring and upgrading.General aviation industry has been listed in the seven national strategies Emerging industries because of its strong development potential.Yinchuan is an important node city of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and is actively integrating into"the belt and road" construction.In 2017,Yinchuan was listed by the State Council as one of the first national demonstration zones of general avigation industry.As an important base for the development of Ningxia avigation industry,the construction and development of Yinchuan General Avigation Industry Park has become the focus of the province.Based on the actual needs of the construction and development of Yinchuan general avigation industry,this paper takes Yinchuan General Avigation Industry Park as a case study.The Logic of Research is Analyzing the Current Situation-Asking Questions-Analyzing Questions-Solving Problems,combs the development status and existing problems of Yinchuan general avigation industrial park,deeply analyses the causes of the problems and puts forward solutions.This paper has a rational view and thinking about the theoretical significance of China's general aviation spatial layout planning and industrial development,and the practical significance of how to accelerate the development of Yinchuan General Avigation Industry Park.The preliminary conclusions are as follows:the relative density of the avigation industrial park around Ningxia is low,the traffic is inconvenient,the area is sparse,and it has the market conditions for the development of the general avigation industry.Yinchuan General Avigation Industry Park is basically perfect in infrastructure and strong in policy support.We should improve the training of technology and talents,enhance the level of professional management,increase investment attraction,pay attention to the layout of the whole industry chain,and promote the development of industrial clusters.At the same time,we should strengthen communication with civil aviation and military departments,optimize the approval process,increase the opening of airspace,and provide flight support for navigation.Finally,we should combine the actual situation of the region,improve the innovation ability of enterprises,establish cluster brand,and realize the integration and interactive development of production and city.
