Study On Conservation Landscape Model Of Biguiyuan

Biguiyuan as a large domestic real estate developers,its landscape design has been developing along the conservation landscape.Combined with the working experience of landscape design of Biguiyuan landscape design department for ten years,through theoretical analysis,comparative analysis,summed up the project example,discusses the actual contents in conservation landscape design of Biguiyuan and its application method,summarize a set of real estate economical landscape pattern.At the beginning of this thesis,the research background,domestic and international development status,research methods and framework are introduced.Through the study of domestic and international conservation landscape and its results analysis,it provides a brief reference for the study of conservation landscape in china.Secondly,this paper introduces the concept and connotation of conservation landscape,summarizes the development of the real estate landscape,and analyzes the present situation of the real estate conservation landscape.First of all,from the conservation garden research,study the concept and characteristics of conservation landscape.Then,the development of the real estate landscape and the conservation landscape in the field are studied,summed up the real estate conservation landscape is to save investment in the end of the project as the goal of “long-term conservation landscape".These provide a theoretical basis for the construction of one of the real estate large enterprises and their conservation landscape.Thirdly,the paper presents the present situation of the conservation landscape construction in Biguiyuan,through the analysis of energy-saving construction measures of each green space type,integrating the above theories and practices,thus summed up the garden from the project planning,planning and design,construction,operation and use of the four stages of conservation strategy.Finally,the paper lists the Biguiyuan group Nansha Biguiyuan-Cullinan Bay and Biguiyuan-Forest city two case,their conservation landscape design concepts and characteristics are analyzed,show the effect of theory in practice.The conclusion puts forward the purpose of the author,That is to sum up the design principle of the conservation landscape of Biguiyuan and a conservation landscape model of the Biguiyuan.This paper has certain reference significance for other regional projects to promote the real estate conservation landscape model.
