Interpretation Of The Real Estate Landscape Art Based On The Bourdieu's Theory

With the development of society, real estate landscape design not only provided people with a comfortable living environment, but also greatly improved the urban landscape. Real estate landscape style design shows the characteristics of real estate, but also demonstrates the city's character. It has great theoretical significance, and it is a guidance to the development of the modern practice of landscape. These research are not on the perspective of sociology, locking the theoretical guidance in this field, though most of the current researches on real estate landscape are focused on the landscape design theories and methods, and play a positive role in guiding real estate landscape design. This paper will introduce the Field Theory of Bourdieu, and analysis some phenomenon in the real estate landscape design from a sociological perspective through examining real estate landscape by the conception of Field, Habitus and Capital. The process of discussion and research includes several aspects as follows:(1)This is regarding the real estate landscape design as a field to research. There is a formation of the objective relationship and relatively independent of the space among consumers, designers, developers and related actors in the field. Each actor occupied a position in the real estate landscape field and competition between each other. The dominant actors develop and maintain the order of field, determining the style of real estate landscape design. Besides, real estate landscape field has been influenced by the field of art, economy and others. A phenomena appearing in real estate landscape is the result of combining from all fields.(2)Each field has its unique habitus. The habitus in the real estate landscape field is a tendency temperament system, which results in the long-term practice of actors. The habitus is also the Code of conduct compliance with actors in the field. Real estate landscape field by scientific, artistic and regulation of market economy, is the result of the interaction of many factors.In addition, the paper introduces the concept of taste and analyses the tastes of different classes in society impacting on the real estate landscape.(3)The capital is the power for the activities or contention by actors in the real estate landscape field. The accumulation of capital determines the actors's position in the field and decides to form the habitus. Ultimately, the struggle of field is a competition for capital. The style of real estate landscape is compacted by the accumulation of different kinds of capital:from economic capital,culture capital,social capital and symbolic capital.In the contemporary era, real estate landscape design aroused new features, thanks to the transformation between capitals, especially transformation between economic capital and culture capital.(4) the cultural plays an important role in the real estate landscape design, because the accumulation of cultural capital and the using of the cultural symbols has been becoming the focus of real estate landscape design. Finally, the emerge of middle-class bring new trends of real estate landscape design. Their way of life and consumer culture affected the style of the real estate landscape design. The powerful publicity and marketing strategies of developers also influence the style of real estate landscape.
