Investigation And Study On Environmental Landscape Of New Real Estate Settlements In Xi’an

In recent years,with the development of Xi’an and the “new first-line” city,the population of Xi’an has become more and more,and the demand for housing market has increased sharply.Xi’an’s real estate construction has also developed vigorously.Along with the new styles and new forms of landscape patterns in various residential areas,how to use scientific methods to achieve a reasonable green landscape and create an ecologically livable environment has become the pursuit of developers and designers.This paper investigates and analyzes the six real estate residential areas in Xi’an,and finds the advantages and disadvantages of the houses between the projects,which provides new ideas for the future design of Xi’an real estate landscape.Based on the relevant theoretical research of real estate residential areas,this paper separately analyzes the layout,style and landscape design of residential landscapes through the methods of literature research,field research,data analysis,summarization and induction.The landscape,water landscape,green landscape,site landscape and sketch landscape were analyzed and analyzed in detail,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The new residential area in Xi’an has the characteristics of style diversity.Different real estates have their own distinctive styles and form their own landscape construction features.The diversity of styles caters to the needs of the market and enriches the urban landscape,but to some extent has an impact on local housing.2.The landscape standardization design of new residential areas in Xi’an area is relatively common.The residential areas under the same real estate have strong similarities in overall layout,landscape nodes and planting,and the use of landscape pieces is similar.3.The green residential area in the new residential area is rich,paying attention to the landscape,the average green rate is 35%,and there are 93 common plants,including 10 kinds of evergreen trees,35 kinds of deciduous trees,21 kinds of evergreen trees,and deciduous leaves.There are 17 species of shrubs;34 species of flowering trees,18 species of tree-shaped trees,13 species of fruit trees,25 species of foliage trees,and 2 species of dry trees.4.The landscape and waterscape landscapes are rich and diverse,which can meet the needs of people of different ages and occupations.However,there is a lack of suitable aging and disabled venues,and the waterscape landscape is insufficiently applied to form a pseudo-ecological landscape.In the end,this paper discusses the current situation and problems of the new residential area in Xi’an Real Estate,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the existing problems.It hopes to provide a valuable reference for the better construction of the landscape living environment in the real estate residential areas in Xi’an.
