| With the continuous development of the tourism industry and the ways people spend their holidays changed,and tropical seaside resort real estate has natural landscape more popular among tourists,is typical of tropical seaside resort real estate in Hainan Island.With the construction of the Hainan international tourism island and the call of the national coast,the holiday estate projects in Hainan Island have sprung up like mushrooms.With the emergence of a large number of resort real estate,located in the tropical coastal area,Hainan Island resort real estate projects gradually formed its own characteristics in these projects,landscape design can best reflect the characteristics of the project,but also a concrete manifestation of the Hainan Island tropical seaside resort real estate special charm.A large number of projects to attract a large number of domestic and foreign excellent designers involved,gradually produced some characteristics of Hainan tropical seaside resort real estate landscape design features,but these features and design methods have not formed a complete theoretical system.In this paper,literature,research methods,case studies and logical analysis to study the tropical coastal resorts in Hainan Island landscape design theory topics.First explained the related concepts of Hainan Island,Binhai,resort real estate,summarizes the development history of Hainan Island tropical seaside resort real estate landscape,analyzes the tropical resort real estate landscape design features and effects of landscape design style,describes the development status of Hainan Island tropical seaside resort real estate and the existing problems in the process of landscape design.By the author in two projects in Hainan: Sanya poly wealth center project,poly Haitang Bay project,the practice of Hainan Island tropical seaside resort real estate landscape design features in the work of the project,in the overall planning,space layout,specific to the main entrance,axis,landscape sketch,from whole to part the design combined with the above summary of the characteristics of Hainan Island tropical seaside resort real estate landscape design,make full use of in the actual design management,and avoid other project summary and problems.Finally,I hope that through this,can summarize landscape design features of Sea Island tropical seaside resort real estate,provide suggestions and ideas of landscape design of some tropical seaside resort real estate project grand plans for the construction of the motherland construction of the Hainan national coast,and for a better future of Hainan landscape design. |
