Intravenous infusion treatment is very important in medical care treatment,because of its effectiveness is fast,less irritating,quick delivery,thus it is widely used in today's various medical institutions.Through investigation and observation of the current process of intravenous infusion,summed up two aspects of problems about the infusion device: one is that the process need manual monitoring,infusion apparatus can't independent testing infusion liquid level and stop infusion process in a timely manner and lead to patients health status.Second,because of the impact of external factors the temperature of the liquid medicine is often lower than the patient's body temperature especially in the winter,this kind of circumstance can make the patients produce discomfort,even more will lead to dizziness and fainting.To avoid the occurrence of the above two situations,through observation and analysis of the entire nursing staff and patients behavior in the process of intravenous infusion,in view of the above situation,to design a new type of intravenous transfusion device by literature review,interdisciplinary,experimental method and a systematic design method.Make the ordinary disposable infusion have two functions that is the temperature monitoring and liquid level monitoring,thus brings to the patient safety and comfort infusion experience.The new infusion devices use Arduino open source as a platform,using infrared transmitting module and the infrared receiving module testing liquid level,by examining whether to receive the infrared light to determine whether if liquid lose out and through the buzzer alarm.Secondly,using the temperature monitoring module and through the display shows the temperature value and temperature monitoring.The new infusion device has low cost,convenient operation,small size,applicable to a wide range of features,and it has a very broad application prospects.
