In our country, the requirements of the aeroengine state monitoring are continuously increasing. As the traditional engine operating temperature monitoring techniques cannot comprehensively, intuitively, rapidly get the engine temperature distribution in the testing process, and unable to detect anomalies occurred during the test process. It cannot meet the needs of current aeroengine test. At present, the infrared imaging measuring temperature can accurately make real-time temperature measurement and online monitoring in long-distance, and without disassembly and power, it has unparalleled advantages compared with the traditional methods. Therefore in this article, on the basis of infrared thermometry principle, a set of infrared measurement monitoring system for aircraft engine is designed based on the selection of thermal imager, analysis of temperature measurement method and study of temperature compensation algorithm, and a temperature measurement and monitoring of software with powerful function is designed and realized.First of all, based on basic infrared temperature measurement theory, this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several methods of infrared t emperature measurement, Based on the practical requirements and characteristics of object temperature, we select the appropriate infrared detector as the major test equipment, complete the overall design and system components design of the aeroengine temperature monitoring system.Secondly, according to infrared temperature factors, we analyze the temperature measurement error which may occur during the testing process, and propose a method of compensating temperature measurement. In order to make the system to achieve higher precision of temperature measurement, by means of high temperature flame emissivity measurement experiment, the feasibility of temperature compensation method is verified, it is shown that the precision of temperature measurement can be limited in 5%.Thirdly, according to the requirements of infrared temperature monitoring software, an aeroengine infrared temperature measurement and monitoring software in designed and developed, its running results are demonstrated. This software can supply image enhancement, temperature data collection and analysis, database storage and alarm function. At the same time, various types of measured temperature data can be applied to future engine fault detection expert system to provide data support.Finally, the research work of this thesis is summarized, the content and suggestion of further study are pointed out.
