Research On Integrated Management Of Whole Process Cost Consulting Business Of Construction Project

Thanks to the development of science and technology,construction project cost management is developing towards internationalization,integration and informatization.As one of the contents of project cost management,the whole process cost management,in the situation of good development momentum,there are still widespread problems that project management is relatively independent and the projects are independent.In addition,the large number of employees and the complex amount of information lead to information islands and information faults,which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of consulting business.Based on the perspective of cost consulting companies,the whole process of cost consulting business is taken as the research object.It also puts forward the application of integrated management in the whole process cost consulting business management,and puts forward a method to solve the current dilemma for the company.The main research results are as follows:(1)By analyzing the environment of the whole process cost consulting integrated management,and using WBS work decomposition method,the workflow and work content of each stage of the whole process cost consulting project are obtained.Combined with literature review method and case analysis method,a total of 26 integrated management requirements information of the whole process engineering consulting project are identified.(2)Through the method of semi-structured interview,the identified integrated management requirement information is verified,and five types of integrated management requirement information of the whole process cost consulting business are obtained: personnel,materials and equipment,index,contract and standard basis.(3)Based on the integration of the five requirements information,this paper selects a mature cloud platform in the market to build the integrated management platform of the whole process cost consulting business,so that the information can be effectively transferred and shared in the implementation process of the whole process cost consulting business.(4)This paper compares the integrated management mode with the traditional management mode,and analyzes the advantages of the integrated management mode.Through the real case analysis of ZH consulting company,this paper provides a practical basis for the integrated management to improve the efficiency of the whole process cost consulting business management.
