The Study Of MIS Function Modules On Construction Cost Consulting Business

In today's information age, the development of an industry is based on the it's process of informationaztion. Construction cost consulting services,as an industry,which provide professional cost consulting sevices for project construction, its business related to construction projects range from the decision-making, implementation, completion to all aspects of settlement. It's crucial for a construction cost consulting enterprise to apply management information system(MIS) to the operational management of the enterprise. The author intends to build the functional modules of management information system based on the construction cost consulting business, to support the conduct of engineering cost consulting and enterprise business management.The essay analyses the development and the status of the construction cost management through literature research method. Using quantitative and qualitative research method to find out the main impact factor of the construction cost consulting business, which the process of construction management system functional modules has to deal with is: staff factors, project factors, job factors. Based on the major business process of construction cost consulting enterprises, the essay analyses the systematic demand, and determines the main coincidence work point and the information access point of the business process that should be concerned in the construction of the functional modules.Based on the impact factors of the system analysis and demand analysis, this paper sets and defines the functional module of construction cost consulting business management information system. It also analyzes the database related to function modules, interfaces with other systems and the operation of the process modules. Evaluated the functional modules from both sides. Point out that the complementary role of the set of functional modules in the process of resolving staff factors, project factors, work factors, and function in the rebuilding process of the enterprise bussiness. The essay also points out the disadvantage of the process of construct the systematic fuctional modules.
