Under the background of the development of general aviation industry,the flight of helicopters has increased rapidly,but the accident rate of helicopter working at low altitude is also far higher than that of other types of operation.Helicopter is one of the most important forms of general aviation operation,Compared with fixed wing aircraft,it has the characteristics of very low altitude operation,hovering and vertical takeoff and landing.Its use in emergency rescue,disaster relief and other aspects is increasingly prominent.Due to bad operating environment,the operation safety of the helicopter has always been a key and difficult points in the field of general aviation in the world.Therefore,a helicopter flight procedure is urgently needed to ensure the safe operation of helicopters.The flight procedure of Pin S is to transplant the PBN technology and related navigation specification applied to the general aviation field and use the RNP navigation standard?It can help the helicopter achieve the instrument flight and ensure the operation safety of the helicopter without increasing the ground navigation equipment.The paper is based on the theory of ICAO DOC 8168 to Analysis and research on theoretical of RNP navigation specification and Pin S flight procedure design specification.Combined with the operation requirements of Xinjin airport,according to the characteristics of Xinjin airport,such as large training tasks,diverse training models and complex training airspace to design the Pin S flight procedure,and complete the database encoding,chart drawing and flight test(waiting to carry out)series work,ensure that the procedure is efficient and practical.In the end,the characteristics of manual calculation of protected area parameters and the heavy workload of artificial protection area.Secondary development of the common drawing software named Auto CAD by VBA,software can be designed to automatically calculate the parameters of the Pin S flight procedure protection area and to draw the protection area and compare the protected area automatically with the traditional protected area,verify the accuracy and rationality of the software in order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency and accuracy of chart.
