The PBN flight procedure is designed to ensure the safety and security in the terminal area and improve the operating efficiency in the terminal area.A series of design and planning tasks for entering and leaving routes and route networks under the new navigation specifications have been formulated.The evaluation of the flight procedure operation is to verify,review and evaluate the procedure and operation results of the flight procedure design.In order to meet the increasing traffic volume,naturally higher demands have been made on the operating efficiency of the terminal area.At present,there are multiple entry and exit flight procedures in one terminal area.Due to the large number of PBN flight procedures in the terminal area and the complex structure of the three-dimensional space,there may be some hidden conflict points.The hidden conflict points caused by the distribution structure of the flight procedure may lead to the decrease of the operating efficiency of the terminal area and even lead to security accidents.Therefore,how to scientifically and effectively evaluate the spatial structure conflict between flight procedures and the evaluation of the security efficiency of the terminal area caused by the spatial structure has become a problem worthy of study.In order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the terminal area,the paper described the concept of the PBN flight procedure in the terminal area.After the navigation technology,the current PBN flight procedure evaluation technology was discussed.On the other hand,the navigation database ARINC424 standard was also read and completed.Different definitions of different segments and code examples are explained.The paper conducts the collision detection algorithm in the plane and space structure for the entry and exit procedures running in the terminal area and completes the simulation of the flight procedure in the fifth chapter and completes the conflict verification with the simulation data and passes the overpass concept on the road.Adding waypoints for 3D flight procedures and verifying this method can increase the minimum distance between flight procedure structures.
