In recent years,with the continuous development of civil aviation and the airport,the demand of design of flight procedures suddenly rised,In recent years,China's civil aviation to promote PBN Technology,All civil transport airports have to be designed and optimized for PBN flight procedures,traditional flight procedures and PBN flight procedures are used,and in the future PBN flight procedures may be used as primary flight procedures.At present,there are a number of auxiliary software for flight program design,but most of them are aimed at the traditional instrument flight procedure,especially for the PBN flight program design tools.In addition,the specification of PBN is complicated,and the specification of the different route phase is also different,which makes the PBN have a lot of difficulties in the process of popularization and study.With the continuous development and optimization of PBN,the introduction of A-RNP simplifies the validation of PBN,and it has been proved that the A-RNP is groundbreaking and forward-looking.It is an all inclusive navigation specification,and it is a good solution to the problem of maximizing the benefits and minimizing the cost of operation in all flight stages.Therefore,the research of A-RNP not only improves the utilization ratio of the entire airspace,but also greatly improves the flight safety and economic benefits of airlines.To solve the above problems this paper according to the specification of A-RNP Doc8168 International Civil Aviation Organization,to solve some key problems in the design of PBN flight procedures,to achieve the automatic drawing of flight procedures of protected area,as well as the PBN reserve obstacle assessment automation,minimize human error.The evaluation module of obstacles,to judge whether the obstacle in the protection zone is also different from the traditional method,the direct judgment on the position of the obstacle,to avoid the obstacles need to compare the reserve position of trouble.At the end of this paper,an airport is taken as an example to complete the protection zone mapping and obstacle assessment from the approach,approach,flight,and departure.
