With the continuous expansion of investment scale and investment,there will inevitably be a trend of simultaneous development of many projects during construction.Therefore,it is very important to carry out effective control and management of multi project concurrent construction.In the construction of parallel multi project,resource conflicts and influence people's behavior and psychology on the progress of the project has become increasingly prominent,the traditional control methods such as CPM has been unable to achieve comprehensive consideration of the factors above,how to effectively ensure the project put forward higher requirements on the project manager.The critical chain method makes up the shortcomings of traditional schedule control method,the resource constraint and the behavior of people at the same time taking into account the development of the project schedule,even multi project concurrent engineering can be achieved for the duration of the guarantee,become after CPM in the field of project management and a great progress.This paper first elaborates the research background,the research purpose and the research significance of the thesis.That is,CCM can make up the shortcomings of the traditional schedule planning method,adapt to the needs of the engineering industry at this stage,and have certain order in the schedule control and organizational structure superiority.Therefore worthy of the theory of theoretical research and practice to promote.This paper summarizes the current research situation of CCM at home and abroad,which foreign research is more mature than domestic,and the application field is more extensive.This paper introduces the concepts related to multi project schedule management and multi project organization structure management,and define the concept of CCM and the theoretical basis of its application.This paper analyzes the problems of multi project management in the aspects of progress and organizational structure,such as the impact of resource conflict,and the influence of human behavior and psychology.Then explain the shortcomings of traditional schedule management methods and the traditional organizational structure.Through analyzes the advantages of key chain technology,which shows the superiority and necessity of CCM in improving management level and efficiency.On the basis of this,the multi project schedule management is optimized.By identifying the key chain of the multi project,the activity duration is estimated,the buffer is set,and the progress of the project is dynamically monitored.At the same time,the idea of CCM is introduced into the multi project organization structure to optimize,thus forming a multi project based on the key chain of progress and organizational structure of the management model.Through the implementation of the project plan intuitive real-time monitoring,evaluation and feedback monitoring results,to correct the deviation occurred in the implementation process to ensure that the multi project system duration.Then,according to the idea of model construction,this paper introduces the example to model and verify the superiority of using CCM in schedule management and organizational structure management in multi project environment.Finally,a comparative model based on the CPM project schedule and the project schedule based on CCM is established.The Monte Carlo simulation is carried out by loading the Crystal Ball software in Excel.The simulation results show that the key chain technology effectiveness.In the research process,this paper uses many methods,such as:literature review,comparative analysis,empirical research,and graph theory and system simulation.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical simulation,the conclusion is drawn that CCM can effectively optimize the schedule control and the organizational structure of the multi project,so as to ensure the construction period,improve the management level and management efficiency,which provides the reference and reference for the progress control and the organization and arrangement of the project manager.The main innovation of this paper is that the idea of CCM is applied to the optimization of organizational structure,breaking the traditional two-dimensional matrix organization structure,put forward the new idea of project organization structure reconstruction under multi project environment by establishing the"resource coordination center" institutions and the "function-project-resources"three-dimensional matrix organizational structure.At the same time,it puts forward the organization and operation arrangement of the internal strategic layer,the tactical layer and the executive layer to coordinate and cooperate with each other,and convey the instruction from top to bottom.The resource flow within the multi project system is coordinated,and the resource consumption of the monitoring buffer is implemented and timely feedback,so that the organization can effectively correct the system's schedule deviation and ensure the construction period.This arrangement not only deepened the communication and cooperation among the departments within the organization,but also promoted the sharing of information among the participants and the balance and efficient use of the system resources.However,the innovation of this organizational structure is only a vision,and its effectiveness still need a large number of examples to verify.Taking into account the complexity and dynamics of practical engineering,how to solve the problem of adaptability of CCM in the project,how to promote and use CCM in domestic construction industry,will be the direction of further study and explore of CCM in the future.
